Order cancellations
Orders can usually be cancelled before they move into active vendor fulfillment or courier dispatch. Once a vendor shipment has been packed or handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Eligible refund cases
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged package or tampered product
- Missing item in a shipment
- Courier-delivery failure where the order cannot be completed
Food-product limitations
Because many products are food items, opened, partially consumed, taste-based, or storage-related complaints after delivery may not qualify for return or refund unless there is clear damage, quality failure, or order mismatch.
How to raise an issue
Contact support with your order number, shipment details, and clear photos within 24 to 48 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. This helps the team verify the claim quickly with the vendor and logistics partner.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
