How shipping is calculated
Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on delivery pincode, weight, shipping rules, and whether your cart contains products from one or multiple vendors.
Multi-vendor shipping
If your order contains products from different vendors, each vendor shipment may carry its own shipping charge. The platform combines those charges clearly before payment so the customer sees the full delivery total.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates depend on location, courier availability, shipment weight, and vendor readiness. Estimated delivery timing is shown at checkout and may differ across vendor shipments within the same order.
Courier tracking and updates
Once vendors mark shipments as dispatched, customers receive status updates through the platform, email, and WhatsApp. Tracking references are shared whenever available.
Shipping delays
Weather disruption, courier serviceability, regional restrictions, or vendor dispatch timing can affect the final timeline. The Hungry Gujju will share major status changes when possible.
